The Endo Initiative is a community-based organization founded by Emma Kolsch—a Stage 4 endometriosis warrior, advocate, and NYC/Long Island local—created to break the silence and stigma surrounding endometriosis. Endometriosis can be isolating, misunderstood, and often dismissed, making the need for connection, validation, and change more important than ever. We believe community is essential to healing, advocacy, and driving progress for those impacted by this disease.

Launching in 2026, The Endo Initiative aims to create welcoming spaces across NYC and Long Island where patients, caregivers, and allies can connect, learn, and feel supported. More details coming soon, stay tuned.
